How can we make sure you are available on the day of our wedding?

What is the peculiarity of your wedding photo shoots?

Telling a different story throughout pictures for every wedding day, as each one has its own flavor, unique and not duplicable. We stay away from clichés and make sure each wedding reportage has its special atmosphere and color.

How can we get in touch?

During the day of the wedding, do we have to do something in particular?

Absolutely not. Live your day as you have always dreamed of, we are those who are there to frame what happens. We will only ask you some moments to take pictures of you only. For the rest of the time, just be nothing but yourselves!

Can we take group photos?

Of course! We’ll help you choosing the best moments, the right light conditions and the nicest background to keep the best memories for you and your friends.

How many pictures will you take during the day of the wedding?

There is no limit, we take photos any time as long as we are with you and try to capture every moment.

How long does your service last?

Full day coverage services last 12 hours. This allows us to start the work while the preparation is taking place and finish it when the party after the ceremony is getting over… which means you’ll have a full reportage of your day.

Can we book a longer or shorter service?

Yes, you can buy more hours of work, the “golden coverage”, which lasts up to 14 hours or, on the contrary, choose our ‘Lite coverage’, which lasts up to 6 hours and means we will meet at the ceremony site directly.

How do you select the pictures?

We select the pictures with the utmost care, to make sure they cover the entire time of the day and all the best moments.

How many pictures will you deliver?

600 pictures for a Golden coverage, 500 for a Full day coverage and 300 for the ‘Lite coverage’.

How do we get the photos?

A low-resolution file will be sent via Wetransfer as soon as they will be ready. A little and light watermark will be on them, so that you can share with friends and even by net without any copyright issue. Later we will send you a USB stick with high-resolution copies that you’ll be able to easily print as you like at any print shop.

In what format will the photos be delivered?

We will deliver them in high-resolution, ready to print JPG files – 300 dpi.

Are all the pictures post-produced?

Yes, they are, as we believe it is a most important part of our job. Every photo needs to be optimized in terms of color and light to enhance its effect, this is why we personally take care of this as well as all other phases of our work.

Is it possible to make a proper album as well?

Of course yes, we create photo books of which we also personally define the layout, while print and packaging are made out of 100% made in Italy raw materials by our usual and trusted studio. We will be happy to show you our offers.

Do we have to include the photo book soon or can we decide later?

You can decide later, there will be no fare changing other than those due to a possible supplier’s price raise.

Do you also make videos?

No, but it will be a pleasure for us to suggest you a trusted partner that also shares our work philosophy.

How in advance do we need to book?

There’s no limit as long as the date is available.

How can we make sure the service will be certain?

To book a date we will ask you to sign the contract that we will send you via e-mail and to provide a 20% down payment.

Can we hold a date on stand-by?

No, you can’t keep a date on hold, but we can keep you updated and inform you in case we receive another request for the same day. In this case, the first to sign the contract and pay the deposit will get the service.

How and when do we have to pay?

We kindly ask you to provide us with a bank transfer via Paypal, but cash will be fine as you prefer. We do not accept bank checks. Methods of payment are specified in the contract: 20% at the booking, 80% within one week prior to the wedding.

How can we feel protected about your service?

We will send you a contract with all the specifications within the terms of law. The details of service, payment and delivery terms will be clear, as well as cancellation terms in accordance with the law.
